Our Mission
The GlenCot Foundation is dedicated to empowering future leaders by providing scholarships to deserving young adults who have struggled to secure a career path and have now enrolled in a school or training program.
Our focus is on adult learners between the ages of 27 and 40 — individuals who are often overlooked in the scholarship space. Our mission is to help them realize their full potential as thriving adult workers by reducing financial barriers and promoting long-term success.
What We Believe
Young adults across America face unique challenges — from the high cost of living and student loan debt to delayed career milestones and limited financial aid options.
GlenCot Foundation exists to bridge this gap by supporting motivated adult learners who are determined to transform their lives through education, training, and perseverance.
